By using our courier services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
We offer air freight and courier delivery from the USA to Jamaica, including handling of airline fees, airport delivery, customs clearance, and final delivery.
3. Booking and Payment
Rates are based on weight and package count as per the agreed pricing structure.
Payment is due before shipment dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to change rates with prior notice.
4. Package Restrictions
We do not accept hazardous, illegal, perishable, or prohibited items.
Packages must be properly packed and labeled.
5. Weight and Size Limits
Shipments exceeding agreed weight or size limits may be subject to additional charges or refused.
6. Customs and Duties
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
We will provide necessary documentation to assist with customs clearance.
7. Liability and Insurance
We take care to handle shipments safely but are not liable for loss or damage unless insurance is purchased.
Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
Our maximum liability is limited to the declared value or a fixed amount per shipment as stated in the service agreement.
8. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays due to customs, weather, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Shipments may be canceled before dispatch with a cancellation fee.
Refunds are subject to service terms and any costs incurred.
10. Customer Obligations
Customers must provide accurate shipment details.
Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
11. Privacy and Data
Customer information will be handled per our Privacy Policy and not shared without consent except for service fulfillment.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
